Market Evaluation.
The first step in selling your airplane is understanding the current market for your aircraft and your objectives. Is there high demand for an aircraft like yours or is the market saturated? Are there any capital improvements or upcoming maintenance events that can be done to improve the overall desirability of the aircraft? Are you looking to exit quickly, or maximize your return? Is timing an important factor to your decision to sell, perhaps there is a new aircraft on the way? Understanding the market and your objectives are key points that our team will identify, and ultimately will help us as we build our Marketing Plan.

We will field inquiries promptly, respond thoroughly, and help make the decision process easier for them. When they are ready, we will walk them through the offer process, and present all offers to you as they are written. Then we will help you navigate and understand clearly the terms and conditions of the offer, so you can make a well informed decision.

Oversee Inspections.
Once your airplane is under contract, it will go to a pre-purchase inspection, often referred to as a “pre-buy”. We will help coordinate the logistics of the inspection, and make sure that the tasks being performed are fair and balanced to both parties. Additionally, when the inspection is complete, we will help you sort through the list of discrepancies to determine the best way to proceed, and get us to closing.

Ensure a Smooth Closing.
The closing process of an airplane can often times be extremely complex. There are many considerations for buyer and seller alike, from closing location, timing, and what crew relocates the airplane. We will help orchestrate all of these logistic so that you don’t have to. Our team has a vast network of aviation crew, accountants, and attorneys standing ready to help make sure that the closing process goes smoothly and the transaction is successful.
